Music File will play on everything but Android Phone

I am trying to play the song "Trouble".  I have attempted to change the codec of the file and verify permissions.  Works fine on my PC, and Android TV devices.  But on my phone (App version 3.5.32) I get the message "Playback Error.  There was an error processing the request. Please try again later."  It was around 3:26pm Central when I tried before pulling the server log. Please let me know if you would like the application log as well.

I am not sure what fixed it.

• Played with permissions of the folders and files.
• Reripped in different codecs.
• Removed the file, rescanned the library, added back in, and rescanned again.
• Messed with the metadata.
• Rebooted the server.

All was still acting up.  I walked away for about 1 hour, attempted again, and it started working fine.
