Emby app for TCL TV

Hi.

 

My emby apps work fine on my phone and PC (most of the time...) but on my TV, some series run and some don't. "The Pitt" always run lagged and the anime "La nobleza de las flores" never runs, it always says "Error de reproducción".

What can I do to solve this?

 

It's very frustrating paying for an app that won't work on my TV.
