Apple TV sleeps while Emby is playing

I run Emby (latest version) on my Apple TV 4k. Sometimes when I have paused content and resume the Apple TV will go into sleep mode (and power off the TV) in the middle of playing, the screensaver does not come up. It seems like it's not properly letting tvOS know it's still playing. This is not happening on any other apps on the same Apple TV. Has anyone else experienced this?

I also checked out the logs on the Emby server and it reported this if it's any help:
