Issue with Emby App on TCL TV

Hello,

I’m using the Emby app on a TCL TV and I’m experiencing serious issues.

At first, the app was freezing and crashing during playback. Now the problem has become worse — whenever I try to open the app, the screen becomes distorted/glitched and the app is completely unusable.

I have attached pictures of the issue.

I would appreciate any help or possible fix.
