Guide overrides on refresh

Does not happen often but when it does, its annoying. Last night I renumbered some of my channels on my proxy. I also added some new ones. For the most part after the guide refresh emby held the previous ones but did an auto map of the new ones and some of the moved ones that were not accurate. I updated using the emby guides on what i wanted and added new logos. This morning, I just edited the names of these in my proxy and that drove emby to wipe out the work I did last night and do its mapping again that was wrong. I unchecked the box below thinking this may be the cause of emby trying to auto match. Is this the place to solve this issue? Also I see no way to lock down the meta data on the channels in emby thus locking them that way. 

After further review, some of the channels picked up the epg of my proxy and that's the other point. I use the emby epg guides because my general source only has 5 days worth and I have an issue /w offset where the source is not passing in such a way that matches my timezone. Until that is resolved, I only use the epg from my source on the proxy server but I don't want it to bleed into emby.
