Couldn’t find a Playback speed future for LG webOS tv

Hi, I have been using emby since 3 years ago on TCL tv and now I just bought a new LG C5 and was really excited to try emby on it, but unfortunately couldn’t find a Playback speed feature in the apps and that was a disappointing to me because I used to watch all my videos on 1.5 speed, so if you can add it it well be very helpful.

I don't know if anything has changed on newer models, but in the past when this has been tested LG would play at the faster speeds, but without audio so this feature hasn't been enabled for LG

I have been using playback speed on YouTube and it works fine, could you enable this feature in next updates to try it out ?

I expect that Youtube are probably using a custom player so it's not directly comparable. I will test on one of my newer models

The option is not there because LG rejected the app when we had it, even though the bug (the no-audio problem), is in their own embedded player.

We can always try again though.

Sorry, I haven't had a chance to retest it, but I'm fairly sure it still won't work, even on later models

Well I’m using a Xiaomi TV box now and it work’s pretty fine, but it will be very convenient if I’m using only tv system.
