al92780 7 Posted May 7 Posted May 7 Have EMBY servers on Network RASPBERR-Pi 8920 and need a second for a Windows 11 server. Changed server settings/Network/local HTTPS port to 8930. Also mapped 8930 in router to 8930 and rebooted both. Server dashboard shows HTTPS connected to 8096. Al

Apotropaic 74 Posted May 8 Posted May 8 Do you still have the issue? Have you tried disabling the upnp as well as the port mapper addon (forgot the exact name). They can create their own mappings for remote connections. After that it is all down to your router and how you’ve set that up.

pwhodges 2065 Posted May 8 Posted May 8 That's not how certificates work... Anyway, you can change your default port for WAN access by running a reverse proxy in front of Emby. I suggest Caddy, because that will sort out the necessary certificate automatically by default - no configuration beyond the reverse proxy target is required (but you need to tell Emby that the reverse proxy will handle the secure connection).
