Need assistance: How to apply for a Developer ID for Plugin Catalog submission?

Hi Emby Team and Community,

I am currently developing a new plugin for Emby and I would like to submit it to the official Plugin Catalog.

According to the developer documentation, the first step is to obtain a Developer ID. However, I couldn't find a specific application form or a designated contact person for this request.

Could someone please point me in the right direction?

• Do I need to PM a specific administrator?

• Is there an application thread I should follow?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Hi.  We need to update these instructions with a step before that one.  The first thing you should do is create an introduction thread out here to introduce and test your plug-in.  That will allow us to be sure it is fully tested and that there is adequate demand for catalog inclusion.

Please excuse my confusion—I didn't realize that "ebr" mentioned in the documentation was actually your forum ID. I feel a bit silly for missing that!
