richt 95 Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Since TOS 7 is rumored to be nearing release I just did am upgrade to TOS 7 on my Terramaster F4-423 and encountered a few problems with Emby, Immediatly after upgrade Emby loaded but seemed to be a reset to an unconfigured & unlicensed state. I restored my backup and was able to log in to Emby normally. The version of Emby offered by the TOS App Center is 4.9.0.72. My running version is 4.9.3.0 which was installed manually before the upgrade with a download from Emby's github. Hardware Acceleration is available under Settings - Transcoding. This was not available under TOS 6. Have not yet tested if it actually works. I am unable to play live TV using Linux Emby Beta or a web browser. "No Compatible streams available..." Some library files play and others do not. I'll look into this and see if it is a container or codec problem. In early testing the playback problem persisted with Hardware Acceleration set to Yes or set to No Live TV playback works as expected with the Android client. Logs are attached, There was no FFMPEG log. hardware_detection-63913737218.txt embyserver.txt
