Error Opening Live Stream

I am new to Emby and have only just been through the installation process. I have the Emby Premiere membership. I am running on a Windows 11 PC. I have a Hauppauge Quad tuner pcie card installed.

After going through the installation, adding my tuner card and also my XML TV Guide data (through ICE TV), I am getting an error "Error Opening Live Stream" when I try to view any TV channel from the guide.

I have checked that my Firewall (Bit Defender) has Emby Server as an approved app.

I am at a loss as to what the issue is. I would appreciate any help you can provide.
