live TV stream Transition freezing

I am using two playlist running from the HTTP urls and they play fine so I assembled a custom M3U8 playlist from an assortment of streams I got from GITHUB using there IPTV/Streams and I built it in a playlist M3U file, it is about 10 channels and they play until it breaks to an ad,commercial or "we will return" message with a timer then it freezes.  I have to exit and restart or re- enter the stream again and it plays fine until the next transition, basically it won't play seamlessly. Now when I play the same Streams from the m3u8 URL in VLC or in a browser they play seamlessly. I have Tried Agent headers when adding the M3U8 file as tuner in the playlist using the "the live tv section in emby From the hosting website with no luck have even tried using threadin/xteve with no luck , So my question is Could it be the hosting machine my emby server is running on not having enough processing speed to handle the stream? honestly just trying to figure out if I should Buy a New Desktop , any advice would be helpful even on a brand of desktop would be helpful.Thank You.
