Not pulling info to nfo-files when adding new files to an existing serie

I’m having an ongoing issue with Emby and .nfo files for TV series. No matter which metadata sources I use (TheTVDB, TheMovieDB, etc.) or in what order I set them, Emby does not automatically pull metadata and create proper .nfo files for newly added episodes.Whenever I add new episodes to an existing series, the new episodes only get empty or incomplete .nfo files. The only way to fix it is to completely remove the entire series from the library, manually delete the empty .nfo files for the new episodes, and then re-add the whole series back to the library. Only after doing this does Emby properly pull all the metadata and create complete .nfo files for the new episodes. Nfo-files are set to be created in the folder where the video-files are.

I run the latest Emby install. But this have been an ongoing issue since i installed emby in december last year. I run Emby in docker on Ugreen NAS. 

Any suggestions, i have tried everything i can think of.
