alanemm 0 Posted April 29 Posted April 29 I have a Synology DS220j with Emby on it. It has worked okay for years but suddenly does not work at all. Nothing but timeout, timeout, timeout. I typically go through the Emby app on Roku. I have had numerous timeouts and instances of Emby just hanging at 33% while loading in the past but now it seems to be all it does. Tonight I turned on the Roku, went to the app, tried to play a file, got Timeout. Tried to play a different file (save content but different format), got timeout. Tried this a few more times, alternating between files, timeout. I'm attaching my log here, please help. embyserver.txt

alanemm 0 Posted April 29 Author Posted April 29 Hello and thank you! I'll look into that TV update, but I'm trying to access Emby on a Samsung TV. Maybe THAT'S the problem
ebr 16429 Posted April 30 Posted April 30 Hi. What is your network environment? I assume you are using wireless from the Roku. Has anything changed with the network recently? How is the signal strength to the Roku?
