Paramecium302 0 Posted Saturday at 11:21 PM Posted Saturday at 11:21 PM Hello there. I am currently trying to get my server working via https. While I and a few other people can access it, I have 2 people (who happen to live in the same house) who cannot. Here's the kicker: it's not just their router because they tried via phone on data at my house and it simply wouldn't allow access. Is this as simple as getting their phones and routers IP address' and whitelisting them? Or perhaps there is a thread discussing similar problems and workarounds? Thanks as always!
Luke 42352 Posted Sunday at 05:01 AM Posted Sunday at 05:01 AM Hi, what exactly happens when they try?

They simply get a generic "Unable to reach server" message after a lot of wheel spinning. They are on iPhone, though I have tested an iPhone on data and it accessed it fine. Coincidentally they cannot reach the server on their home consoles either. Edit: this is when entering the server name and port. Name is a url. Followed procedure for "Securing Your Server" closely. Luke 42352 Posted 18 hours ago Posted 18 hours ago You're saying you have a domain name? Can you send me some screenshots of what they're entering into the connection screen over private message? Thanks.
