Sage9307 1 Posted April 23 Posted April 23 Emby Server 4.9.3.0 on Linux virtual machine (no pass through GPU, no hardware acceleration, all CPU) Emby App 2.1.23g on Google TV Not sure what other settings I should include here. Problem: When starting a stream or after pausing and starting a stream, the audio does not work. Temporary Resolution: Exit the stream and re-start the stream, sometimes multiple times resolves this issue. I attached the log file. Thank you! embyserver.txt

I searched for it on the TV "Emby for Android TV" and it is the same one as is installed on the system. I could not find a way to check the version on the Store, but there was the option to Open the app, and it opened the same app as is already installed. I did see another app called "Emby for Android" but that one is not installed. Is that the information you were looking for?

Yes, Luke is requesting you to install that version of the app (both can be installed simultaneously) and see if the problem persists when using that app.

Sage9307 1 Posted May 12 Author Posted May 12 Still seeing these issues when pausing and resuming. We have to exit the show / movie to start it again to get audio working. I can't make heads or tails of the attached log files but I assume nothing obvious was there. If anyone has any tips please let me know, thank you.
