Emby cannot see the Intel chipset for Transcoding

I am running the native Emby Server app on TOS 6. The app is unable to detect my Intel QuickSync hardware for transcoding (the list under 'Advanced' is blank). I have verified my Emby Premiere key is active. This appears to be a permissions conflict between the TOS 6 graphics drivers and the native Emby installation. How do I grant the Emby service permission to access /dev/dri on this version of TOS?

 I figured I would also ask the question here because I'm assuming somebody else has run into this same issue.  Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
