Playing music on Alexa with webhook

I have a simple webhook to trigger when music plays.  I'd like to get notified when emby music plays on an echo show (Alexa).  However, I'm not seeing a json payload when a song plays.

If I play from ios app or within a web player, I receive a json payload AND it shows a "Now Playing" card on the Dashboard.  However, there is none when playing with an Alexa.  Is there a way to get notified of that?  Or isolate an event, parameter, session, etc?
