Content not loading in Infuse at home

Hi,

I installed a emby server at company with a reverse nginx proxy with a domain.

I can stream contents no problem thru a browser or in Infuse. But when I got home, the content won't load in Infuse but browser has no problem.

Anybody have the same issue?

Appreciate any advises!

i could add the emby server thru direct connect (not emby connect), all the contents loaded from the emby server, but once i click on a movie, it gives me error: error loading this content.

Do I have to purchase emby premiere so i can remote play my things over internet? if im playing from local network then it seems ok

based on this, i should be able to stream the things on my apple tv from my emby server from a remote address?

Hi, no. What device is Infuse running on? How does the Emby app compare on that same device?

Are you able to get any logging from Infuse to see what's going on client-side?
