Chapter menu in app

Chapters is a very useful function in the Emby apps for playback, but the layout is horizontally at the bottom of the screen and is only there for a few seconds. From the play screen I wish I could choose a chapter menu that list them vertically. When one is marked and played the chapter menu returns. This in addition to just continue playing as today. You start from a chapter without using the chapter menu option but that the chapters are displayed until you press ok on one or pressing back on the remote.

Hi.  That should already be the case.  Where are you seeing it not be?

No sorry i think you misunderstand. Yes I can look at the chapters on the opening play menu and start playing. Then the app continue to play the next chapter automatic, but if I press chapters while playing it show the row of chapters a short time then you must press chapters again. I want the chapter line to stay open until i make a choice or press back. Another option that I miss is to choose a chapter menu at the opening play screen listet vertically and when a chosen chapter is finished the system return to the chapter menu without starting the next by default. I use chapters a lot for each song in music videos from concerts. That is why I wish for more options and flexibility.

I understood.  Which app are you seeing this in?  I know the TV apps should not do that.

The Android app on both my pad and Sony TV. However do have something to say about my other important chapter question. That I have to open the xhapter bar again if I am not fast enough was the minor part of the question for a new function that the system return to a chapter menu when one chapter is finished
