In TV Display Mode (Horizontal View) Change Shows, Favourites and Upcoming Icon

Hi,

I've put this in the General Server forum as it doesn't seem to be client specific.

I think I've finally got my Emby setup pretty much to where I want it and now I am just picking at any minor details which slightly annoy me. One of these small annoyances is having these sort of basic looking icons for Shows, Favourites and Upcoming on the home screen, see below screenshot.

These are only visible when I set the view to TV Display Mode I think it used to be a setting called Horizontal view but it's changed. But this is the main view I use on our TV via the LG App but I've also tested setting the TV Display Mode in the Web Browser and the Windows Emby Theatre App.

Not sure if I am just being silly but is there a way to change these icons? They are the only thing I can't right click on or do anything with and they haven't auto generated the thumbnail images like the TV or Movies libraries where it automatically creates an image based on the content, see screenshot below. I had a look around in the Emby AppData but couldn't find anything.

Hi, there currently isn't a way. 

By the way the name of the option is the home screen, and you select horizontal or vertical.

That really looks like an eye poke. You should put dimmed collage in the background and superimpose those icons on top; center section title underneath.

Thanks for letting me know, at least I can stop looking now . I know it would be low priority but if there is any way to make them editable in the future that would be great.

I also thought the setting used to be horizontal and vertical under the home screen section. But I can't find that anymore and the "Enable TV display mode" from under "General" for the user is what I have been enabling to get the home screen to look like it does in my screenshot in the first post.

You need to have TV Display mode enabled for the Horizontal/Vertical Home Screen option to appear (else it defaults to/there's only Vertical for other modes)

I was just posting to say this as I just went and did some testing on the LG App and on a web browser. I thought I was going mad as I knew I had seen vertical and horiztonal recently.
