Hi.  Can you try searching for our standard android app (Just "Emby" on Amazon and "Emby for Android on Google) on the same device's app store and see how that compares?

What version of the server?  Can you login with this same account with the web app?

si es un roku, , pero lo raro es que estaba funcionando bien , y cuando hablas del servidor se supone que este no actualiza solo?
