J'aimerais que les titre de mes films soit en anglais (titre original) mais que la description des films soient en français. Comment faire, j'ai la version Emby 4.9.3.0

HI, in the library options you can set your preferred metadata language to english or french. Unfortunately there is currently no way to set one language for the title and another for the description.

I'm curious why you want this?

Je demeure au Québec et les titres français sont souvent différent entre les titres québécois et les titres français de France. J'utilise les titres anglais pour facilité ma compréhension mais je préfère lire l'information en français.

Et ça ne fonctionne pas quand tu choisis la langue "français (Canada)" dans les options Emby ?

At first glance, IMDb seems to handle Quebec French  https://www.imdb.com/fr-ca/  (well, I admit I haven't tested it)

You have to check MovieDb, not Imdb.
