IOS in app purchase

I made an ios in-app purchase to unlock playback in 2025 and now it doesn't work on any of my devices, I only use the apple ID that made the purchase to download the emby app but it doesn't work at all. The restore button doesn't work also, I click the "Restore purchase" button but its only for the Premier subscription.

You can try to pay it again. Apple won’t charge it again with something already paid.its work for me

I'm experiencing the same issue. I have an Android device that is working fine, as are my Google TVs. But my Wife's iPhone refuses to allow playback and only gives the premier as an option. The app was purchased years ago on her Apple account. 

 

So something changed recently, because it was working fine. Reinstalling the app does not fix the issue.

I gave up and delete the app a few days ago, I saw this and tried again and it worked
