ndhung 0 Posted Thursday at 09:10 PM Posted Thursday at 09:10 PM I made an ios in-app purchase to unlock playback in 2025 and now it doesn't work on any of my devices, I only use the apple ID that made the purchase to download the emby app but it doesn't work at all. The restore button doesn't work also, I click the "Restore purchase" button but its only for the Premier subscription.

raidflex 9 Posted Saturday at 12:03 AM Posted Saturday at 12:03 AM (edited) I'm experiencing the same issue. I have an Android device that is working fine, as are my Google TVs. But my Wife's iPhone refuses to allow playback and only gives the premier as an option. The app was purchased years ago on her Apple account. So something changed recently, because it was working fine. Reinstalling the app does not fix the issue. Edited Saturday at 12:05 AM by raidflex
