Use primary image for continue watching under Apple TV Home Screen

Currently, the thumbnails are used, but they take up a lot of space Switching to primary thumbnails would make the icons smaller, more visually appealing, and offer more options on the Home Screen. You can compare Emby and Infuse apps to see how Emby displays its content.

That's not part of it, no, but theme videos are something we still intend to support.
