Recently the libraries no longer Auto Detect new content

For the last month or so I've noticed that when I push new content in my libraries, I need to manually scan them in order for new content to appear.

I have ERTM on for the libraries, this used to work just fine and I'm unsure what could have changed things; there are always updates to plugins and such, hard to say when this happened.

Is there some trigger to reset this setting in some cache or something? Disabling ERTM on all my libraries, rebooting and re-enabling is a pita as I have around 30 libraries...

Any advice would be appreciated!
