msauve 9 Posted Tuesday at 12:26 AM Posted Tuesday at 12:26 AM Hi my friends, hope you’re doing great? For my part I’m having some very painful difficulties with my Emby server running the 4.9.3.0 version. I'm starting to get increasingly discouraged by the situation I'm in, which isn't allowing me to use my Emby server. I can’t even have the time en enjoy one of my favorite movie or series. Can’t listen to anything anymore on my TV :’( My medias are constantly freezing I hope you can help me with this rather sad situation. I am also ready to provide you with any additional information you may need. Thanks in advance my friend! Luke 42217 Posted Tuesday at 05:13 AM Posted Tuesday at 05:13 AM Hi, I would try lowering the quality setting in the app and see if that helps. When you're on a remote connection it will usually help with something like this.

Ok Can you guide me more clearly where this option would be in my TV’s app cause I’ve already tried to lower the quality on a movie or serie that I’m watching for example 480p 1mbs and same result I’ve also tried 480p 4mbs and auto and also the same freezing result. It freezes every 3-5 minutes or so :/ Hope to be able to get a solution
Luke 42217 Posted Tuesday at 10:30 PM Posted Tuesday at 10:30 PM Quote example 480p 1mbs and same result Can you please provide a log example from doing that? Thanks.

I have been experiencing this same exact issue since the last server update on March 4 and I noticed similar reports cropping up from various Emby users on here as well. The response that you're getting from the Emby staff here is classic deflecting and stalling. They will never admit that they broke something in the last update. I know how helpless you feel right now because it seems there is nothing we can do to report these people for what they are doing to us. I am open to suggestions on that if anyone knows.
