Luke 42265 Posted March 31 Posted March 31 Hi there, how exactly are the files named and organized? Can you please show us an example? Thanks.
R0boc 0 Posted Friday at 05:01 PM Author Posted Friday at 05:01 PM Hi, an example of directory. The VIDEO_TS contains VOB files. I Want to replace all my 'DVD' directories with mkv files, so I tried creating the mkv files in the same directory. But in Emby, the mkv file does not appear.
Luke 42265 Posted Saturday at 03:25 AM Posted Saturday at 03:25 AM OK this is not good because you've put the mkv inside the dvd folder. That's not supported. I don't think multi-version will work with dvd folders right now. I think you'll have to delete the dvd version after adding the mkv. We'll do some testing on this. Thanks.
R0boc 0 Posted Saturday at 01:37 PM Author Posted Saturday at 01:37 PM I already did this a few weeks ago and it worked. The movie appeared in two versions to choose from in Emby. I recreated the MKV file (there was a problem during the initial creation) and now the file no longer appears in Emby.
Luke 42265 Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago @R0boccan you separate the dvd folder and mkv according to our movie naming guide? Movie Naming
