Audio remote streaming quality (Mobile)

Hi, 

I'm not sure if this is me not understanding this setting or it's a bug and not working correctly.

I have this setting on 192kbps, yet when on my mobile data connection, it still directly plays music above this quality with no transcoding.

Have I misunderstood?

Try setting the other remote to 192 kbps.

@NeminemDoesn't that setting mean, away from local network but connected to WiFi, not mobile data - setting below it?
