Downloads stuck in Ready to Transfer on Galaxy Tab A (10.5") Emby for Android 3.5.28

I have tried to download several movies to my Android tablet and after conversion, all but 1 remain stuck in a Ready to Transfer status. I have tried to remove all downloads, restart the emby server, then redownload but the same issue arises.

On my tablet, download settings are configured to save on System Storage (SD Card) which is a 128 GB card with about 50% free space). I have tried toggling the Download only on Wifi config to no effect and have tried clearing app cache and reopenning.
 

My server is running Version 4.9.3.0 on a Debian host within a Proxmox environment. I attempted these downloads a few times yesterday (March 16th) around 11am EST and 11pm EST time, attached logs to cover the full time period hopefully.
