beefsnack 16 Posted Saturday at 07:28 PM Posted Saturday at 07:28 PM (edited) I get this similar problem as well, I've changed/moved Paths for file locations to several movies/TV shows and EMBY doesn't release the old path/Location i.e (A: to D or V, H etc..) and it'll still show it's in A and wont release it from A, and I haven't done one thing though, (I have not deleted the A drive from the library from the core settings yet, I need it to still see what I lost from the A drive crash) which I can't ATM which is probably hindering my progress I'm sure, But I figured It should still notice the File move anyways, should it not? any Ideas how I can move forward with redirecting or pointing the server to the new paths? Like images show I know for a fact those shows are not in A: and All of them are still showing up as in A, and wont change to new location/Path TIA Beef. embyserver.txt Edited Saturday at 07:40 PM by beefsnack forgot pix

Sorahl 7 Posted 15 hours ago Posted 15 hours ago Could be a stupid question but . Did you rescan library files?

Would like to know which library, which folder path and which media file still trying to use the old path and a server log covering the time of this happening
Happy2Play 9799 Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago (edited) Potentially I would test move a specific item you are having issues with back to its original location, Full Scan, confirm it works. Then move that item to its new location, Full Scan, see if it works if not post the server log for this process. I move content to other folders all the time and don't have a issue with it moving, haven't really need to do different drive letters as drives are polled. Edited 1 hour ago by Happy2Play
