Fire tv stick and hybrid hdr10+/DV files now work?

Has something changed with emby as I've just tried a few hybrid hdr10+/dv mkv files and they play fine. Previously, you'd get the pink screen. 

Anyone know what has changed?

Is there any chance now that you've solved the playback of these hybrid files, you can provide a way to select which hdr format to play?

I would try it but we haven’t specifically looked at that.

Think I've discovered a bug. When connected to a multi channel receiver and a file with multi channel audio is selected, on initial play it plays in stereo. If you select an alternative audio track it play correctly and that is the case if you move back to the original audio track. Also it cna be 'corrected' by selecting a lower quality that forces a conversion
