Download User Watched List? (need for a project)

I have the Emby Statistics plugin that gives me user-based statistics and it has a lot of information, however I am looking for specific information, like what I watched and what time.

Then ideally I would be able to download a list of all movies/TV with basic metadata too, but I think I'll need to tap into IMDB for that.

I am building a project where I need the information.  I am open to other ideas if Emby can't do it directly, can it tie into another system (and mark things watched that I watched in the past) and I can export from there.

Think the closest thing available is Playback Reporting plugin but is limited to the date of install as it runs its own db.
