Since you haven't posted any troubleshooting info or provided any context, I'm going to assume you have no idea what you're doing...

In that case:

  • Is the server even running?
  • What do the Emby server logs show?
  • If you're using a reverse proxy, is it running?
  • Can you access Emby from the webpage / other devices? Or is the problem just on tv?
  • Can you access Emby on local network?
  • Can you ping the server?
  • Is your DNS server/provider working? If you've using domain name to connect, are the DNS records correct?

 

Honestly, if you just go to chatgpt.com and tell it your emby server is not working it, it would guide you through the process of debugging. The answers on these forums will not be any different.

The problem is on all devices it was fine last night then this morning the screen was like this thank you and I don’t have much clue how this all works 😫

Guess dev's will need server logs.
