Can’t get on my emby says can’t find server

Since you haven't posted any troubleshooting info or provided any context, I'm going to assume you have no idea what you're doing...

In that case:

• Is the server even running?
• What do the Emby server logs show?
• If you're using a reverse proxy, is it running?
• Can you access Emby from the webpage / other devices? Or is the problem just on tv?
• Can you access Emby on local network?
• Can you ping the server?
• Is your DNS server/provider working? If you've using domain name to connect, are the DNS records correct?

 

Honestly, if you just go to chatgpt.com and tell it your emby server is not working it, it would guide you through the process of debugging. The answers on these forums will not be any different.

The problem is on all devices it was fine last night then this morning the screen was like this thank you and I don’t have much clue how this all works

Is this a server you setup yourself? Have you looked at the actual server machine and checked that it's running and that Emby Server is running on it?

I dont have a server machine all i have is this emby program on a fire stick I purchased through UTVX it was all set up for me I dont have a clue to be Joni thank you for trying to help me

You mean you have the Emby client and no server to link it to or server has disappeared?

Did you install your own server, with your own media, on your own hardware ?

Your options are 
(1) install a server.  

Quick Start

(2) ask a friend who runs a server to let you use theirs.

(3) access an illegal server (no further instructions here).

If someone else's have a talk with them.

Emby does not host your server and do not supply media files.

Then you have violated the terms of use for Emby. As ebr said, this is not an Emby problem. You need to contact whatever shady individual sold you illegal access to their server.

No one on this forum will give you support.
