Nvidia Shield Emby App

Hi - I'm having issues getting any play back to work with the emby app for Nvidia shield. I have tried both app emby and emby for Android TV. My emby works fine from my phone and or laptop. 

 

I get the premiere device limit exceeded. Please contact your emby system administrator.

 

I cannot pay to unlock the app anymore, there is no option.

 

Can anyone help me out to get the app to work on the shield?

But is it possible that you have surpassed the amount of devices you can have Emby on?
