Started having problems watching my PVR and saved videos on Roku

This just started this week.  Can't watch downloaded videos or PVR videos on Roku today.   No issues watching them through Emby on Chrome Browser.

It's that Audio issue I need help with @LukeLook at the Roku issue tracker for #1756 and need some help there from you. Thanks.

It is the AAC "Main" codec using an ADTS stream.

Maybe it is Ffmpeg/Ffprobe that needs help understanding how to read it correctly and stop reporting it incorrectly as HE-AAC?
