Neminem 1591 Posted February 24 Posted February 24 It look like something is blocking your connection to Connection to https://mb3admin.com/admin/service/registration/validate timed out That is usually Security software, VPN, DNS, or country blocking. This all depends on your plugin choices Each plugin uses different sources. But start looking at your logs and proxy those adresses that fail, but only if you need than

WingDog 17 Posted February 24 Author Posted February 24 (edited) can't find log shipping option on the client =( Edited February 24 by WingDog
Neminem 1591 Posted February 24 Posted February 24 Sorry to hear that, but can't help you with that. As I have never encountered your issue, and only know from what I have learned, from other issue like this on the forum. 1

This time I power-cycled TV to get three minutes complete power-off (cord is unplugged) but nothing changed. Edited February 24 by WingDog
WingDog 17 Posted February 26 Author Posted February 26 Hello? I'm still facing this issue. It may not be very obvious, but the app isn't working for me and I definitely don't want to pay for a second subscription.
ebr 16304 Posted February 26 Posted February 26 Hi. Purchasing again isn't going to help you. Something has to be blocking the TV's access to our servers. Do you have the ability to sniff the network when the TV is giving this error?
WingDog 17 Posted February 26 Author Posted February 26 27 minutes ago, ebr said: Something has to be blocking the TV's access to our servers. Hi @ebr Since you are not responding to my questions about the client logs and the required URL access list, I assume that the Emby client has neither logging nor a debug mode, and that your team does not have a complete list of required URLs and call-home endpoints. Also, if the customer is using Wi-Fi instead of Ethernet, there may be additional variables involved, as you are probably aware. Does this mean that the only way to dig deeper is for the customer has to perform a traffic capture?
ebr 16304 Posted February 26 Posted February 26 Unfortunately, logging on the TV OS apps can be quite limited.
WingDog 17 Posted February 26 Author Posted February 26 It is not easy to have a meaningful discussion when only indirect questions are allowed and even those receive only partial answers. Would providing a pcap file help you investigate this further?
ebr 16304 Posted February 27 Posted February 27 It is virtually impossible for us to investigate it because, whatever is going on, is limited to a particular device on your network. You are the only one who can do deep investigation on that. 1
WingDog 17 Posted February 27 Author Posted February 27 I’m not going to argue about it, but I do have very different opinion. I don’t believe in miracles, but the TV is working now. Here is pcap file. I couldn’t see anything interesting in this capture. TV_1.pcap 1
