Remote Users Freezing

I am new to using Emby. All of a sudden all remote connections are freezing on playback. This just started this morning and everything worked great before. No changes were made so I hope someone can help figure this out.

Quick guess...

No license or registration not working and DirectPlay limit exceeded, so transcoding is required for .mkv media?  But if license is not working, then transcoding is not available.
