Who's using JPTV? New URL doesn't work.

I don't watch IPTV very often but I keep paying for JPTV.  Sometime in the last few months they updated their URL.  When I try to change it in the Live TV settings I get this error message:

There was an error saving the TV provider. Please ensure it is accessible and try again.

I have verified with their tech support that the link is correct.

Hi, the url that you're entering is coming up 404 not found. Are you sure that it's correct?

That's what they gave me.
