cutting/editing of recordings

dear embys,

 

i know, this feature will be kind of huge but it would be a killer feature for me (and maybe others). All my recordings are saved with minutes before and after the actual recording. I'd love to have a simple GUI for cutting parts of my recording at the beginning and at the end. I am not sure if it should be a real cutting or some kinds of markers. Maybe markers first and the actual cut by choice?
