Alternate tv episode cuts

So I've notice mainly with documentary and TV mini series they may be cut different depending on the channel showing for instance the original may be a 4 part series but when it has been reshown on a different channel a few years later it's a 6 part series.

And tvdb will have it listed as 4 parts

Short of writing my own Nfos is there are way to get them to automatically recognise.

TVDB sometimes offers different versions as different "orders" - some of these can be selected by Emby in the series metadata.
