Video won't play in android app, works in browser

This episode (better call Saul - smoke) refuses to play in the android app both on my phone and my TV, but plays fine in the browser and in a third party android app. In the app I get the "no streams available" message. Other video files work fine, so I'm guessing it's something about this specific file that my server-app combo can't handle. I've tried looking at the logs but I don't know what I'm looking at.
