delete of series gives different answers

Another weird one.  I went to Live TV > Series and cancelled a few series.  Then I wend to my TV Series library and for a card series poked the card more menu > Delete cmd.

Three of the series gave me this informative, expected dialog:

But one of them gave me this odd dialog:

Why would I get that odd dlg?

It depends on where you delete from. If you delete from the series screen then you’ll see what’s in your Second screenshot.

But I said I did the same thing for each item I deleted, so why didn't I get the same experience for each item?

Well, Luke, I think you are misinformed.  Each series is just different, regardless of where you delete from.  For any given series, I get the same dlg from the card view or detail view.

Hi.  Due to context.  The second dialog was created in response to people trying to delete an episode they last watched but doing so from the series screen.

People would bring up a series, click the "Play next up" button, then return to the series screen and hit delete thinking they were just deleting the episode when they were actually deleting the entire series.  So, in that context, we ask exactly what you are intending to delete.

If you right-click a series poster and select "Delete" this question is not necessary as it should be obvious what you are doing.

Thanks for that info, ebr, but I get the same experience if I click the 3-dot menu or RMB on the card.

You get that dialog asking you which to delete?

I don't know how to answer you. The dlg is consistent across items (for whichever dlg you get for an item), no matter how you get to the Delete cmd.

Okay, then that probably needs to be looked at.  Thanks.
