Enable subtitles in emby server

Wait 2 min.

Run scheduled task to download subtitles.

wait 10 min.

Then upload logs for devs.

What is up with your credentials for opensubtitles.com

I have no idea what so ever what is wrong with my credentials

How can I check and or correct them if it is possible, or should just delete the subtitles plugin and start again

If you mean log in with the same creds, do you mean the cred I use to log in into my emby server or somewhere else. If emby server no I can't login to opensubtitles.com

How would you use you Emby server login with a different service, how would that service even know?

Just for info, after I used my password for subtitles, it changed to another which is not readable

But until that happens read the wiki / documents about Emby.

What credentials are you using to access opensubtitles.com?

Are they the same you use when wanting to use opensubtitles.com in emby.

If you use Emby login, that will not work.

READ the docks and learn.

Actually I used the credentials I created for the subtitles at the time I installed the plugin..

I have logged in ok to opensubtitles website.

I'm not holding my breath for anything

Thanks but for some reason I don't get the 'Edit Subtitles' in the dropdown menu.

I have the opensubtitles plugin, and I can login to the opensubtitles.com site

Having just checked Downloads, there are none showing in emby server. I selected a path to save the plugins on my NAS server, and there is a plugin folder there with 20 *'dll filles there. The path is: /mnt/WinShare/Media/TV Shows

Now my NAS server has a zfs file system, and I don't think the dll files can be read, unless I am barking up the wrong tree.

Advise please.

What dropdown menu exactly are you opening? Where exactly did you click it?

Basically I followed this information in the link you posted. 

I selected my tv programs  then clicked the 3 dots on the bottom right which gave me a drop down menu.

Maybe you clicked on a series menu rather than a specific episode? That is the most likely answer and if you can show a screenshot example then I think we will see that.

Yes I probably did that. Now I have selected a specific episode and yes there is 'Edit Subtitles' there in the drop down list.

But when I click on the search button I get this:

No results found. Have you configured subtitle downloading?

Clicking on that link takes me back to the link you posted, and I don't understand what to do now.
