Neminem 1569 Posted February 14 Posted February 14 (edited) Rotate logs, restart server. Wait 2 min. Run scheduled task to download subtitles. wait 10 min. Then upload logs for devs. Edited February 14 by Neminem

Robgh 4 Posted February 14 Author Posted February 14 I have no idea what so ever what is wrong with my credentials How can I check and or correct them if it is possible, or should just delete the subtitles plugin and start again
Neminem 1569 Posted February 14 Posted February 14 (edited) Ask opensubtitles.com opensubtitles.com Can you login with the exact same creds there? Edited February 14 by Neminem
Neminem 1569 Posted February 14 Posted February 14 (edited) Also are those creds from .org or .com? Edited February 14 by Neminem
Robgh 4 Posted February 14 Author Posted February 14 If you mean log in with the same creds, do you mean the cred I use to log in into my emby server or somewhere else. If emby server no I can't login to opensubtitles.com 1
Neminem 1569 Posted February 14 Posted February 14 Hmmm what do you think How would you use you Emby server login with a different service, how would that service even know? I'm DONE.
Robgh 4 Posted February 14 Author Posted February 14 (edited) Fair enough then. Just for info, after I used my password for subtitles, it changed to another which is not readable I'm done as with this subtitle malarky Edited February 14 by Robgh
Robgh 4 Posted February 14 Author Posted February 14 I could have built 3 desktop computers in the time it has taken to get nowhere! 1
Neminem 1569 Posted February 14 Posted February 14 (edited) Wait for dev's. But until that happens read the wiki / documents about Emby. Quick Start | Emby Documentation What credentials are you using to access opensubtitles.com? Are they the same you use when wanting to use opensubtitles.com in emby. If you use Emby login, that will not work. READ the docks and learn. As said I'M Done. Edited February 14 by Neminem
avalon65 2 Posted February 14 Posted February 14 If you're done why bother to reply, because I am and have removed the said plugin

Robgh 4 Posted yesterday at 09:04 AM Author Posted yesterday at 09:04 AM (edited) Thanks but for some reason I don't get the 'Edit Subtitles' in the dropdown menu. I have the opensubtitles plugin, and I can login to the opensubtitles.com site Having just checked Downloads, there are none showing in emby server. I selected a path to save the plugins on my NAS server, and there is a plugin folder there with 20 *'dll filles there. The path is: /mnt/WinShare/Media/TV Shows Now my NAS server has a zfs file system, and I don't think the dll files can be read, unless I am barking up the wrong tree. Advise please. What dropdown menu exactly are you opening? Where exactly did you click it?
avalon65 2 Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago Basically I followed this information in the link you posted. I selected my tv programs then clicked the 3 dots on the bottom right which gave me a drop down menu.

That is the most likely answer and if you can show a screenshot example then I think we will see that.
Robgh 4 Posted 4 hours ago Author Posted 4 hours ago Yes I probably did that. Now I have selected a specific episode and yes there is 'Edit Subtitles' there in the drop down list. But when I click on the search button I get this: No results found. Have you configured subtitle downloading? Clicking on that link takes me back to the link you posted, and I don't understand what to do now.
