Unable to play Movies or TV Shows when Cinema intros is enabled

I am not able to play anything if this option its enabled which is one of the main reason I paid the premiere I tried in Windows and also in Android TV and got the same results

Hi.  Can you try searching for our standard android app (Just "Emby" on Amazon and "Emby for Android on Google) on the same device's app store and see how that compares?

This fixed the issue on my TV (still prefer the android tv version) but how can I fix it on my pc?

If you join the Google beta you will get a version of that app that corrects the problem as well.
