Subtitles disappear!

Hello

i have a LG G2 TV set and run with 1.0.50 and 4.9.3.0 server.

I have movies with embedded subtitles. I play the movies and subtitles are displayd but after a while (30mns, 20mns, ...) they disappear! And i cannot make them work again (stop and play again movie have no effect).
If i play the movie in Android or Windows Emby, it works!

maybe it is the same issue. For me it's strange because i have subs well written for a long time and suddenly nothing!

The fix in LG store is not yet available if i well understoood?

here the logs. I have just played an episode with FRA embeded sub (SUBRIP) but it did not display at all!

Here another log with subs well displayed for a while and then after 15mns disapeared!

O meu problema é que,  as legendas estão aparecendo com caracteres diferentes. Isso aconteceu após a última atualização da lg. E também, esta aparecendo a logo da série no lugar da imagem do episódio. Esta muito estranho. O que esta acontecendo? No plex e no jellyfin esta normal !!!

Descobri que a legenda no formato subrip esta com os caracteres diferentes,  como símbolos etc.. sabem porquê? Antes funcionava certo...

Some news on this issue? Very annoying to not able to use Emby to watch foreign movies on LG

Realmente nao sei. Na versão anterior esta ok. Agora esta diferente. No app pelo celular funciona mas na TV nao

Estou com problema de reproduzir legendas subrip. Aparecem caracteres diferentes como: @#$%&*! . Antes da atualização da nova versão para TV LG, nao tinha problema. Após isso, começou a aparecer esses caracteres. Já nos smartphones aqui, funciona perfeitamente. Quando sairá uma versão pra corrigir o problema?
