MKV DUAL AUDIO VIDEO WON'T START

Emby keeps loading and won't open MKV videos with the Portuguese-BR audio option, even though the file was apparently created with the MKVToolnix program. 

By changing the audio to English, the video plays. I tested it on several other similar video files, and the result was the same: 
the video doesn't open in Brazilian Portuguese AAC 5.1. However, when the Brazilian Portuguese audio is the only audio source in the file, 
Emby opens the video.

Hi, can you try remuxing it into a new mkv using mkvtoolnix? Does that play?
