Once I had 2 Cheers series (one without a date), and this might be another case.  Two series for NewsRadio:

But one is missing its identity

What season and episode is this one?

It's the missing episode in the other series:

Hi, the guide data probably just doesn’t have that info. Sometimes it gets filled in as you get closer to the air date.

Hi, what are you trying to say?

Actually, I have it backwards.  This is another case where I got a second series folder.  Did you notice one has the year and one doesn't?

And did you notice the missing episode?  Another part 2 missed.

What activity is this log file from?

Posted (edited)

It is for activity on Feb 12, 00:00 to 17:14.  The shows recorded on Feb 12 in the AM, so the 'activity' you are looking for should be in there.  Is this what you wanted?

If you look at the server log, there were failures to contact multiple hosts such as tvdb:

Perhaps you had a network issue at some point.

In any event, this likely prevented the recording process from obtaining the series year and that's why it got sent to a different folder.
