HI, this is not currently possible, but this question has come up before and it's possible for future updates. Thanks.

I just made them the same by editing the metadata to my (single) preference; it happens rarely enough to be no big imposition.  The other case I have is the 39/Thirty-Nine Steps.

I don't think you can have two entries for the one film, though; you could combine the two versions of the name so that either search would bring it up, I suppose.

51st state is also one of those dual-title movies. Known in the US as "Formula 51" because they were afraid it would confuse the American populus lol.
I was actually suprised to learn that with Nineteen Eighty-Four | 1984, the "1984" is the stylised variant. Who knew!

Personally I'd prefer the following:

51st State | Formula 51
Nineteen Eighty-Four | 1984
The Thirty-Nine Steps | The 39 Steps

Where the original title is followed by the stylised variant. But yes a separate field for "alternate title" could proof useful, especially considering some books and a LOT of media / songs that have duplicate names. "Radiohead - Street Spirit | Fade Out" to name a pretty famous one.

Perhaps we can take a page from Radiohead's book and use their convention:

51st State (Formula 51)
Nineteen Eighty-Four (1984)
The Thirty-Nine Steps (The 39 Steps)

Putting (1984) as part of the name in that case could cause problems with other films of the book; I mean "Nineteen Eighty-Four (1984) (1954)" would blow Emby's mind, I suspect.
